Job Description

The Account Services Representative-Collections is responsible for contacting past due customers on DDAs, Consumer Credit Cards, Consumer Loans, Lines, Real Estate Loans and HELOCs.

Specific responsibilities include the following:

Negotiates and facilitates loan payment schedules for customers
Follows up on loan repayment agreements
Analyzes and determines future disposition of customer's account
Verifies and documents all applicable information into collection system
Attempts to negotiate payments via expedited payment methods
Ability to evaluate situations and make appropriate business decisions

Set schedules available within hours of operation:
Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Average 40 hours/week

Must be available to train for the first four weeks of employment Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

High school diploma or equivalent required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) PREFERRED -- Must be able to communicate proficiently in both English & Spanish.
