Job Description

Provides consulting and strategic services to various business lines in support of the company audit program. Provides moderately complex level tasks of the internal audit activity, typically evidenced by responsibility for audit assignments for a business line.  Leads moderately complex audits including planning, fieldwork, and reporting.  Ability to guide staff auditors through the audit process for moderately complex assigned audits.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Perform audit assignments by obtaining, analyzing and evaluating evidentiary data as a basis for an informed, objective opinion on the adequacy and effectiveness of the system of control and on the efficiency of performance of the activities being reviewed.
• Prepare work papers that accurately document work performed, satisfy audit objectives, support conclusions and adhere to Departmental policies and guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) with 4 - 6 years of experience in a similar role; Master's Degree with 6 - 8 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
• Financial background required
• Accurate typing, spelling and grammar skills
• Proficient with applicable computer software
• Good written and oral communication skills 
• Good organizational and customer service skills
• Relevant certifications required

Work Hours: Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm
