Job Description:
. The incumbent will play a key role transforming credit data into information enabling business partners to apply actionable insights for understanding and improving business performance. Executing existing and designing / automating new dashboards and reports by extracting and transforming credit data. Preparing these reports monthly and quarterly for the use of internal executives to focus on asset quality trends in both the commercial and consumer portfolios.
• Design and develop tables, views, and stored procedures.
• Validate, build, and deploy reporting / analytical solutions.
• Design, develop, debug, and test reports in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Migrate data from various data sources, creating various SSIS packages, loading the data into formats to be pulled into BI tools (Cognos and Tableau).

Extracting and transforming credit data and producing monthly and quarterly credit reports for Chief Credit Officer, Accounting Department, and other teams for Earnings, via SAS, Cognos, Tableau, etc..
Provide regular and ad hoc deliverables to Credit Risk Executives, internal and external audit, and business partners.
• Coordinate with Business Analysts to create new reports and update existing reports as per business requirements and practices
Analyze reporting and processes to make recommendation to management for enhancement and business improvements.
• Capture and document business requirements from end to end business functions and design business report architecture.
Performing credit analysis using advanced statistical methods.

• Experience translating functional requirements to develop information, dashboards, and reports
• Experience writing SQL queries to access, process, aggregate and transform structured data
• Experience using SAS, Excel, SSRS, Cognos and/or Tableau to prepare data and create reports
• Experience accessing data from SQL Server, Oracle, MS Access, IBM DB2 database environments
• Experience with banking organizations, business concepts, processes, information and data
• Comfortable working with large and complex portfolios and data structures
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field; Master’s Degree is preferred
• 2 to 4 years of business intelligence experience; 4 to 6 years of experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects to achieve organized, on-time results
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Perform other duties as assigned
