Job Description

• Serve as in-house, deep expert for Content Marketing, Thought Leadership, Contact Strategy and PR/Communications
• Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention
• Build strong relationships and work collaboratively with peers to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives at the lowest possible cost
1. Works closely with SEO and Brand and Creative resources
2. Works with Strategy Director and LOB leads for development of Thought Leadership opportunities
3. Works with internal and external communications team to develop earned media opportunities
• Brand publisher mindset: create content for key audience is looking for and then to optimize the path to conversion
• Editorial requirements include basic content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement.
• Work with Brand Manager and Creative Director to develop and maintain editorial governance consistent with our brand voice, style and tone
• Manages editorial calendar and organization
• Consistently plan, supervise and track performance of content to move customers along the buy, own, advocate journey
• Integration of content programs with brand campaigns to drive brand to demand

• Minimum 4-6 years as a proven marketing professional
• Experience creating content for the web and growing a social audience
• Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it
• Ability to analyze and present content and performance
• Experience with CRM tools, Google analytics and top social channels
• Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads and sales.
