Job Description

The team supports key corporate functions including Marketing, Corporate Finance/Accounting, Employee Services, Corporate Security, Compliance and Data Governance. The role interacts with technology and business partners in support of the key objectives of the executive management group to manage, maintain and leverage our data assets more effectively. The Business Systems Analyst serves as a liaison between Enterprise Technology and the line of business by serving as a bridge between business opportunities and technical solutions.

The Business Systems Analyst works with the business partners to analyze and develop requirements and reviews/produces specifications for product or system changes. The Business Systems Analyst also works with the project delivery team to ensure that they understand the specifications and acts as a consensus builder.

Required Qualifications:
• Manage ongoing relationship with business and technology partners through effective communication, coordinating of efforts, resolving issues and answering questions
• Prior experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• College Degree in related field of study or equivalent experience
• Ability to clearly articulate and develop business requirements
• Experience creating functional designs from the business requirements (including use cases, screen mock-ups, prototypes)
• Some project management experience/exposure for smaller efforts
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team under general supervision

Preferred Qualifications:
• Banking experience is a plus
• Experience collaborating with business partners, architects, developers, vendors and consultants
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Champions innovation from conception to implementation

Work Hours:
Monday thru Friday
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
