Job Description

The Business Analyst provides business insight and analysis, provides meaningful data or initiatives, and supports ongoing projects to improve the digital channels, which includes online and mobile banking, online deposit applications and ATM. This person works both independently and with a dedicated team, and has some decision-making responsibility.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Analyzes and identifies root case and provides reporting to improve processes and user experience within the digital channels • Identifies and specifies business requirements and processes, and works closely with technology team to hone and clarify requirements • Creates reports, graphs and charts of data results and analyses. • Facilitates the conversations that will result in the creation of use cases • Supports testing and manages approvals on changes to digital channels.

Specific Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in related field of study or equivalent experience • Familiar with financial systems, online and mobile banking and eCommerce • Exceptional problem solving and communication (spoken and written) skills • Excellent interpersonal skills; and ability to work well in a team environment • Passion for detail • Prior experience working in a pressured (dynamic, fast-paced) environment • Ability to manage project duties, balance workload and meet internal/external deadlines.

WORK HOURS: Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
