This position could be located anywhere the First Horizon footprint with the preferred markets being, Florida, Arkansas, Louisiana, or Tennessee.
Primary role will be user support and administration of mortgage applications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the production mortgage user group with procedural and technical issues.
• Create, maintain and update user access and setup configurations across all mortgage applications.
• Support the implementation of development solutions following a standardized development methodology.
• Support daily maintenance activities within the Encompass application using administrative applications and monitoring weekly/monthly regulatory updates.
• Support third party mortgage vendor communications.
• Issues User IDs and passwords or other system access control mechanisms, and otherwise assists users in the secure usage of systems, all in a timely fashion.
• Processes all requests for adding, changing, and deleting User IDs.
• Maintains access control systems so that:
o only one individual has access to each User ID
o terminated individuals no longer have any system privileges
o the privileges of dormant user IDs are revoked
o individuals who have switched jobs have only the privileges required to perform their new jobs
• Promptly updates user access control privileges in response to management requests.
• When requested by management, disables User ID privileges immediately in those events where an employee is terminated or found guilty of inappropriate system usage or business conduct.
• Securely preserves all records indicating changes made to access control lists to facilitate audits and investigations.
• Faithfully follows established procedures for all changes to access control systems and documents all such changes so that problems may be quickly researched and resolved.
• Attends weekly team meetings and provides a status report each week
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Ten years mortgage operations related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
