This position will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and support on various Salesforce implementations across the bank. In this role, the selected candidate must be able to work independently or part of a team to meet the company’s goals through the analysis, design, implementation, and use of application software. Our team partners with our Salesforce consulting and adoption team to evangelize and innovate Salesforce across all areas of the company. We are looking for a team player who is passionate about “clicks, not code.”
The Salesforce technology team utilizes Agile methodology, so experience in that area is a bonus. You will have the opportunity to help architect solutions, partner with other technology teams, and interact directly with line of business leads to make a difference in our organization.

Required Qualifications:
• Must be customer focused to understand and appropriately respond to customers' business needs
• Available for on call support 24x7
• Possess a strong sense of ownership for achieving results
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong problem solving and debugging skills
• Passionate about metrics and top performing applications; must have a desire to maximize the efficiency of our existing systems to optimize performance (response time and availability)
• Ability to independently drive solutions while working with multiple teams
• 3-5 years’ experience preferred
• 1-3 years of Salesforce, Apex, Visualforce and Process Builder experience or equivalent in education and experience
Required Technical Skills:
• Salesforce administration or development
• SQL/SOQL database experience
• Knowledge of source control and change control practices including a propensity to adhere to the established standards
Preferred Technical Skills and Experience:
• Java/Apex development
• Javascript development
• Web services development (SOAP and REST)
• HTML5/CSS3/Visualforce development
• Experience with build automation and deployment tools (Copado, TFS, Jenkins, etc.)
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
