Job Description

Performs a variety of human resource duties related to one or more functional areas within the company’s human resources organization. Duties vary depending on department assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer initial employee inquiries via phone and email concerning policy or rule application, directing them to intranet site for location of materials; complete employee exit interview documentation.
  • Provide technical support and backup in such personnel areas as payroll documents, employee records, classification, compensation, benefits administration; may support the annual enrollment process through assisting the processing benefits documents.
  • Assist in the development of classroom materials for various training programs; conduct training on orientation, procedures, policies and employee development.
  • Plans and carries out recruitment and selection procedures in assigned areas; prepares recruitment and selection materials; screens applications for requirements, and arranges for the notification of candidates; maintains eRecruitment records; may assist with On-boarding and orientation as needed or directed.

 Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • 0 -2 years’ experience required
  • 2 to 4 years’ experience preferred

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities / Training / Systems:

  • Accurate typing
  • Spelling and grammar skills
  • Proficient with applicable computer software
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Good organization and customer service skills
  • Good analytical skills

Work Hours: Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm
