Job Description

Works closely with Marketing Ops and Planning Manager to orchestrate and streamline
marketing program execution

Develop and evolve personalization strategies and programs which will deliver experiences for key personas


Personalization programs will create mutually rewarding experiences that demonstrate we know them, respect them as individuals and build a relationship

Oversight and recommendations of advertising budget to improve performance and efficiencies

Requirements:

Bachelors in Marketing, Computer Science or related degree

Minimum 5-7 years leading a team of experienced marketers

Minimum of 3-5 years of platform marketing experience

Extensive experience with and deep understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels

Extensive experience with personalization practices across channels

Strong experience working with customer insights and CRM tools

Excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills

Experience with appropriate platforms include email marketing platforms, marketing automation (Salesforce), CRM (Sitecore), digital analytics (Google, Tableau)

Skills and Competencies:

Leadership / Innovation / Ability to Learn / Adaptability

Traditional titles would include Senior Marketing Manager and/or Personalization Marketing Manager

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
