The Loan Operations Senior Account Servicing Specialist supports all lines of business by booking and servicing new and existing loans.  The ideal candidate is very detail oriented and views their work as their self-portrait.  The Senior Account Servicing Specialist possesses impeccable customer service skills, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain poise under pressure.  The Senior Account Servicing Specialist brings direct experience in the area of loan servicing and is willing to support teammates so that the entire group succeeds.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Setting up loan and line of credit accounts on the Bank’s servicing systems.  Products include consumer and commercial loans and lines of credit. 
  • Performing various types of maintenance on accounts accurately and within specified timelines.
  • Ensuring compliance with policy and procedures
  • Presenting a professional image


  • Understanding of loan documents, procedures, polices and regulations applying to either consumer or commercial loans
  • Familiarity with loan servicing systems such as ALS or First Data


  • To handle multiple tasks and prioritize
  • To work with little supervision but know when to ask for help
  • To maintain a positive working relationship with internal business partners and teammates
  • To take a systematic approach to organizing work
  • To coach and train others

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3 or more years of work experience preferred
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry, loan servicing preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with or without the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards

Work Hours: 

Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm
