Job Description

This opportunity is within our Asset Based Lending group.  

This position is responsible for proactively managing the underwriting and servicing requirements of a commercial credit portfolio. Additional responsibilities include: identifying trends and alerting management as to changes in portfolio conditions; partnering with a Relationship Manager to prioritize requests; providing guidance on risk ratings and recommend credit structure; preparing proposals and evaluating alternative credit structures; contributing to the development of profitable long term relationships.

Interacts with clients during due diligence and ongoing management of the relationship. Collaborates with many constituents to include field examiners, risk manager, loan closing officers, and operations personnel.


Bachelor’s Degree with 5-7 years’ experience or equivalent work experience is required.

Possesses an understanding of the current business environment; deep credit knowledge; expertise in credit policy; strong analytical and problem solving skills; goal and production oriented; ability to take initiative; able to demonstrate resourcefulness and display independence on credit issues.

Work Hours: Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
