Financial Center Hours
Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 4:00pm
Friday 8:30am – 6:00pm
Saturday 9:00am – 1:00pm

• Supervises and schedules the work of all tellers in the main office or a branch to ensure efficient teller operations during business hours.
• Leads the Customer Service Satisfaction of the Financial Center, including resolving customer issues with a manner that is consistent with goals.
• Leads the Technical Performance of the Financial Center through maintaining control over key risk areas of the center, including tellers’ difference, operational losses, and audit control procedures, resolution of out-of-balance conditions, compliance, and quarterly and annual audit functions.
• Leads the Sales Support Efforts of the Financial Center.
• Supervises subordinate staff including: hiring recommendations; determining workload and delegating assignments; training, monitoring and evaluating performance; and initiating corrective and disciplinary actions to include terminations.

Requirements Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
• High School diploma or GED required with a minimum of two years’ experience in a high sales consumer or banking environment; an associate's degree is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of one year of supervisory experience preferred with a strong background in financial institution’s operation policies, procedures and banking regulations (state and federal) preferred.
• Expertise with all banking software applications and strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system & Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to read and listen, understand and communicate information and ideas in a clear and understandable manner, both orally and in writing with senior executives, business unit management and staff, state and federal regulators and officials and significant business partners.
• Strong ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and legal documents; performs complex calculations; effectively researches, analyzes and evaluates information to make decisions, solve problems and achieve goals; strong project management skills desired.
