Role Summary:
You will contribute to the user experience of First Horizon products and seek to turn complex
enterprise use cases into desirable and usable solutions for our customers. You will look to
understand our user’s needs and their experiences so that you can effectively communicate sound
improvements with our internal, cross-functional teams. You can look forward to collaborating
with passionate and talented user experience and product development teams at a company with

• Advocates for user-centered, simple, modern design
• Conducts user research to derive insights, craft personas, and map client / user journeys across the product portfolio
• Creates experience ecosystems, service maps, and others to ensure consistent, desirable, and efficient experience across channels
• Designs, defines and builds user centric/client journey-based user experience (UX) flows, wireframes, prototypes
• Conducts concept and usability testing to iteratively validate and improve solution design
• Collaborates with agile teams to ensure designs are feasible to implement and subsequently implemented accurately
• Identifies problems, gauge the usability of products, and make sound recommendations for improvements
• Understands and clearly communicates the information architecture, workflows, and processes surrounding the user experience with fellow designers and developers
• Creates wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Consolidates UX-related improvement suggestions and executes through structured improvement initiatives
• Tracks user experience metrics and reports on the success of UX improvements, including analytics
• Presents and defends designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stake holders
• Performs additional duties as assigned

• Synthesizes abstract ideas into concrete implications for design
• Has analytical skills to conduct diagnosis of UX
• Is passionate about problem solving through design
• Sees value in taking an iterative approach to design
• Has a strong sense of ownership and is not afraid to speak up to ensure the user angle is heard
• Is open to learning new ideas outside scope
• Candidates must present a portfolio of user experience work (include links to work within your resume)

Experience with the following is considered a plus:
• Agile development methodologies
• Open source projects and technologies
• Enterprise, business-to-business product design
• Evangelizing user experience design across organizations
• Web development and coding
