Set schedules available within hours of operation:
Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Average 40 hours/week

Must be available to train for the first four weeks of employment Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM


This position includes a base hourly rate plus the opportunity to earn incentive.

Job Description:
The Account Services Representative-Collections is responsible for contacting past due customers on
DDAs, Consumer Credit Cards, Consumer Loans, Lines, Real Estate Loans and HELOCs.

Specific responsibilities include the following:
Negotiates and facilitates loan payment schedules for customers.
Follows up on loan repayment agreements.
Analyzes and determines future disposition of customer's account.
Verifies and documents all applicable information into collection system.
Attempts to negotiate payments via expedited payment methods.
Ability to evaluate situations and make appropriate business decisions.
Requirements Bilingual (English/Spanish) PREFERRED -- Must be able to communicate proficiently in both English & Spanish

Ability to provide a high level of customer service
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to work well with others and build rapport in business settings
Ability to promote the appropriate company image and maintain a professional attitude
Basic computer skills with knowledge of email functions and Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
