Job Description

The Extractor Clerk is responsible for operating an extractor machine to remove invoices and checks from envelopes.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Verifies checks and amounts match.
• Maintain the check and invoice together.
• Prepares mail for processing through an OCR/7780/I-Tran capture machine.
• Prepares mail through the MPS30/OPEX 150
• Data entry is required
• Meets and exceeds the department's set quality and productivity standards

Education and Experience
• High school diploma or GED required for consideration
• Minimum of one (1) year of production experience or the equivalent in education and experience
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Training/Systems
• 10,000 keystrokes per hour (KPH)
• 45 words per minutes (WPM)
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Performs repetitive motion tasks and make decisions
• Must be able to work overtime as required
• Must be able to properly lift 15 - 20 lbs.
Work Schedule
Days: Friday – Tuesday (days)
Time: 5:30am – 2:00pm
