Job Description

This position supports internal and external customers with client inquiries regarding bank products, services and account maintenance as well as researching and resolving discrepancies within the customer’s files.  

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists internal and external customers with inquiries regarding products, services and customer information files. Ensuring customers, records are correct and reflect the most current documented information. Responsibilities include completing and routing requests as needed while updating various systems with clear and concise details. Work with all lines of business as well as Financial Centers to provide superior customer service and maintain a high level of service quality.

  • Maintain productivity of 99%

  • Complete Compliance training and follow policy and procedures.

  • Employee Management - Achieve 4.0 or higher on specific categories of the Employee Value Survey. The update and completion of Development Plans and Goals in My Plan.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities / Training / Systems:

This position requires solid verbal and written communication skills as well as a high level of accountability. Some knowledge of bank operation systems including Hogan, and some understanding of bank products is required. The applicant should process a strong sense of ownership, and be team oriented.

Work Hours: Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm
