Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases and/or scheduled ETL jobs.
• Developing and implementing data models using machine-learning tools for analysis as well as scoring distribution to multiple channels.
• Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Presenting findings of data analyses or model in a clear concise way to executive management.
• Partner with Product Managers and Marketing to develop targeting strategies and tactics across customer segments for enhanced account acquisition, product cross-selling and revenue generation.

Job Requirements:
• Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Critical Thinking: Data analysts must look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings.
• Broad understanding of the financial drivers of Consumer Banking that support the ability to create effective KPI dashboards for executive management.
• Resourcefully, creatively, and passionately sources for process improvement solutions.
• Good understanding and experience with data warehouse, data marts, databases, analytic and reporting tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, DataRobot, SQL and Cognos.
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
• BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics.
• Some experience or familiarity with SQL, Oracle, Python, etc
