We are looking at adding a Business Insights Architect to the Pricing and Portfolio Performance team (part of the Consumer Strategy and Delivery group) that will proactively mine, structure, visualize, and analyze data in order to help us ask better questions about our business. This role will also apply machine learning techniques and statistical analysis in order to help us predict product performance and other measures.

Responsibilities:
• Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases and/or scheduled ETL jobs.
• Developing and implementing data models using machine-learning tools for analysis as well as scoring distribution to multiple channels.
• Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Presenting findings of data analyses or model in a clear concise way to executive management.
• Partner with Product Managers and Marketing to develop targeting strategies and tactics across customer segments for enhanced account acquisition, product cross-selling and revenue generation.
Requirements Job Requirements:
• Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Critical Thinking: Data analysts must look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings.
• Broad understanding of the financial drivers of Consumer Banking that support the ability to create effective KPI dashboards for executive management.
• Resourcefully, creatively, and passionately sources for process improvement solutions.
• Good understanding and experience with data warehouse, data marts, databases, analytic and reporting tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, DataRobot, SQL and Cognos.
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
• BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics.
• Some experience or familiarity with SQL, Oracle, Python, etc
