Job Description

General Description:
As a member of the ET Wholesale Specialty Team, this Business Systems Analyst will focus on system development and integration. The team will be made up of technology developers, designers, documentation specialists, product developers and others, all working together to complete subsets of development all turned to production on a regular quarterly schedule.

This position reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Provide project management, development process management and coordination. Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Requirements Familiar with the following technologies:

Programming Languages
• JAVA, .NET Framework
• Web Technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Web Services
• SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, SoapUI

Relational Databases
• Experience in at least one of the following: Oracle, DB2, MSSQL Server

Miscellaneous
• Experienced with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycles, Agile/Scrum methodologies a plus)
• Experienced with Project Management Office / Project Management duties
• Experienced solving complex problems
• Trouble shooting web based applications and client / server technologies
• Knowledgeable about load testing and defect tracking tools
• Understand of Financial Applications
• Experienced with technical writing
• Understanding of coding and design principles (process flows, class diagrams, swim lanes, DB schemas, E/R Diagrams, UML, etc.)
• Agile Methodologies
• Process Development & Management
• Performa additional duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field required and 5 to 8 years of directly related experience
Master’s degree a plus
