Job Description

The Administrative Assistant Senior will provide general and clerical administrative support to an individual, or small group of individuals, relieving them of clerical, administrative, and business detail.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop written correspondence to various groups/levels within the retail and consumer deposits areas from notes or instructions. Also handle routine phone correspondence and inquiries from both internal employees as well as external business partners.
• Coordinate all retail LOB and consumer deposit meetings, including coordination of out of town meetings. Work with procurement and in the travel system to make travel arrangements for multiple team members.
• Communicating with and responding to escalated customer service issues including speaking and resolving issues directly with customers, working with internal partners to resolve issues, and ensuring/tracking escalated issues through to resolution.
• Issue regular reports following established procedures which may require research, data gathering, and summarizing for both the retail and consumer products teams.
• May serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, personnel, facilities and operations.
Requirements A High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required for consideration.

2-4 years experience is required for consideration.

Accurate typing, spelling and grammar skills. Proficient with applicable computer software. Good written and oral communication skills. Good organizational and customer service skills.
