Job Description

The purpose of this role is to analyze multi-millions of dollars of the treasury funds flow and incorporate the approved credit facility while managing the availability per requisite of Advance Rate as well as the value of collateral. This role mitigates the risk of becoming over advanced in our Credit Facility or over drawn in Treasury funds for our portfolio. Supports the clients and our deal team by performing moderate to complex daily tasks to maintain the overall servicing of Asset Based Lending Portfolio.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides oversight and management of our lien position and advances of daily cash flow while maintaining our colleteral value of availability

Completes transactional borrowings and transfers within Business Credit collateral monitoring Stucky system

Reconciles and manages funds flow to provide approval of wires independently based upon collateral and funds availability

Reviews Borrowing Base Certificates, A/R Aging, and Inventory reporting to update Stucky system accordingly and manage collateral position

Communicates with customers regarding reporting and assists to resolve issues

Updates calculation sheets for collateral and pro rata share in Syndication Credit Facilities to correspond with financial reporting as provided

Provides customer service calls daily

Completes onboarding for new to bank customers and training for Stucky Net Portal

Works with Departmental Treasury Management Sales Officer and BSC for structure and Treasury Funds Flow and cross sell opportunities based on activity and/or needs
Inspects and reviews movement of funds to detect any potential fraud and help mitigate risk

Obtains credit information and ensures sufficient loan collateral. Maintains credit files. Calculates loan items and charges such as interest and payments. Assists lending officers in activities such as disbursement of funds and extension of new loans. Prepares loan documents, notices, and periodic loan reports.

Completes all interval daily Cash Management status

Addresses all RIPN, Over Draft and ACH Pending files

Reviews Daily 10% Report to monitor availability status Requirements Education Required:

Experience Required:
0-2 years - Experience in Specialty Lines of Business. Understanding of Funds Flow and Collateral Position.

Experience Preferred:
2-4 years - Experience in Asset Based Lending, Knowledge of Corporate Banking, Customer Facing experience with Corporate Customers and breath of knowledge of Funds Flow with Treasury Structure and Advance Rates with Collateral Lending.

Accurate typing, spelling and grammar skills
Proficient with applicable computer software
Good written and oral communication skills
Good organizational and customer service skills
General banking/operations experience
Excellent consultative sales and cross-selling skills
