Job Description

The CRA Analyst will assist with the management of all activities related to CRA Community Development data collection, processing, analyzing and regulatory reporting.  This person will provide analytical support and will prepare data for CRA examinations and internal usage.   He/She will report directly to Executive Vice President, CRA Officer at the Bank.


  •  Manage the CRA Data Analysis and Reporting Function for the CRA team on a monthly basis via Sharepoint (intranet) and new third party software (external)
  • Monitor annual goals & report monthly progress to targets for the CRA Investment/Donations and Services tests; evaluate annual goals through external benchmarking studies, other bank PEs, etc.
  • Provide monthly monitoring reports for all relevant business areas
  • Oversee data gathering, analysis and reporting on all CRA related service and donation activities
  • Assist with conducting of annual CRA performance self-assessment
  • Assist with conducting of CRA examination preparation
  • Participate in management of CRA examinations
  • Help manage internal audits
  • Maintain CRA Public File per regulatory requirements
  • Maintain/manage content of CRA intranet site in conjunction with IT


 The successful candidate must possess a minimum of five years’ experience in CRA data management and reporting. This person will have a high level of expertise in technology required for CRA data management and reporting and will have a firm grasp on the CRA regulations regarding community development activities.  Additionally, qualified candidates should have the following skill sets:

  •  Detail-oriented
  • Strong analytical and oral/written communication skills
  • Firm mastery of Excel
  • Excellent presentation skills


 Candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree.
