Job Description

Provide daily operations support to employees and department in areas such as, but not all inclusive, general office accounting processes, check processing, PC/LAN operation, financial monitoring of department performance/production, etc. Works under general supervision with general latitude in independent decision-making responsibility.

  • Identify weaknesses and problems in departmental procedures, or system software, and/or financial measurements and report the issues to management; ensures resolutions are completed.
  • Assist in the installation / integration of PC/LAN based systems with the assistance as required by the PC Support area, including customer setup and training new employees.
  • Develops, monitors, analyzes and reports key performance indicators of loan quality. Recommends target areas for further review.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree is required and Masters Degree preferred
  • 2 - 4 years is required and 4 - 6 year preferred

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Training/Systems:

Accurate typing, spelling and grammar skills. Proficient with applicable computer software. Good written and oral communication skills. Good organizational and customer service skills.

Work Hours:

Monday – Friday from 8am to 5pm and Saturday as needed
