Job Description

Requirements:
• 3-6 years of relevant work experience including planning and leading research activities such as interviews, group sessions, observations, and synthesis sessions
• BA/BS degree in HC Design, Anthropology and/or Marketing Research
• Prefer MA/MS degree in Human-Centered Design Research, HCI, CS, or related field
• Experienced working/collaborating with a diversity of cultures and are sensitive to the challenges of both low-income and affluent populations
• A top-notch communicator, able to convey research insights and complex concepts to a wide diversity of audiences in simple, human terms
• Experienced leading teams through a rigorous human centered design process
