Job Description

CX Researcher Responsibilities:
• Design and structure quantitative and qualitative research, lead teams through fieldwork, findings analysis, and insights synthesis
• Identify the most powerful, interesting, and relevant questions to ask research participants, and collaborate with other designers to create new tools and methods to help answer them
• Regularly build empathy for users' needs first-hand—conducting interviews, shadowing someone through their day, and interviewing experts
• Inspire the team with analogous inspiration—finding creative ways to unlock new solutions
• Co-design measurement, learning, and optimization strategies with partners that will enable them to optimize solutions for scale and cost-effectiveness
Requirements Requirements:
• 3-6 years of relevant work experience including planning and leading research activities such as interviews, group sessions, observations, and synthesis sessions
• BA/BS degree in HC Design, Anthropology and/or Marketing Research
• Prefer MA/MS degree in Human-Centered Design Research, HCI, CS, or related field
• Experienced working/collaborating with a diversity of cultures and are sensitive to the challenges of both low-income and affluent populations
• A top-notch communicator, able to convey research insights and complex concepts to a wide diversity of audiences in simple, human terms
• Experienced leading teams through a rigorous human centered design process
