Job Description

Lead a digitally-focused team of designers, developers and planner

Identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

Consistently plan, supervise and track paid digital performance to reach and convert right consumers

Build strong relationships and work collaboratively with other platform owners and agency partners to ensure optimal channel distribution, orchestration and performance

Strong understanding of emerging trends to ensure ongoing evolution of platforms while maintaining compliance with key guidelines

Design, build and maintain our social media presence

Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points


Minimum of 3-5 years of digital channel marketing experience

Experience leading and managing SEM, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

Working knowledge of ad serving tools and setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills

Experience with personalization practices across channels a plus

Experience with appropriate platforms include data platforms (Lattice, Lytics, LiveRamp), marketing automation (Salesforce), CRM (Sitecore), digital analytics (Google, Tableau)
