Job Summary:
The Direct Response Marketing Analyst operates within the Marketing Operations & Planning function of the organization. This position reports to the Marketing Operations Manager and is responsible for the execution of key direct marketing and sales enablement activities for Consumer Banking, Commercial Wholesale, Treasury Management, Specialty, and Wealth Management and Private Client lines. The candidate is detail-oriented, quick with data, and is accountable for using defined data processes, procedures and control points to execute the delivery of actionable information to our customers, prospects and internal bankers related to campaign-driven leads and offers. The analyst also executes the delivery of data for targeted outbound sales and service efforts through multiple channels. Requirements Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Minimum 3-5 years demonstrated experience
• Banking / financial services experience a plus

• Must understand and embrace the importance of the quality and accuracy of data and information received by our customers and banking partners
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills, ability to accurately analyze information and make sound decisions
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and accountability for achieving results

Important Skills:

• Data Platforms: relational and other database platforms such as Oracle, MS SQL, IBM DB2
• Analysis and Development: data blending, analytics, query tools such as Alteryx, SQL Plus, Toad, Hyperion
• Campaign Management: campaign management, lead detection and generation platforms such as Pardot, IBM Unica, CDPs
• Banking and Financial Services: Domain knowledge related to consumer and commercial banking, customer journeys, customer experience (CX)

Monday thru Friday
8:00 am to 5:00 pm
