Job Description

Job Summary:

This position provides primary Production Support to include system user support, monitoring, troubleshooting, configuring, enhancing and providing advanced ET partner support for the existing network and application environments; serves as point-of-contact across several areas or disciplines to solve major systems outages with high impact or visibility. This position is provides Deployment/Implementation support to include planning and executing the implementation of new application designs or configurations or enhancements to the existing application environments using the Dev Ops model. Analyzes functional design/overall application technical design and develops detailed module technical specifications for complex components with vendor partners to insure successful delivery of applications and their continued support. This position will support development, quality assurance and production applications which are in the .net environment. Some .net programming skills are preferred along with Powershell, some SharePoint administration, experience with TFS and Jenkins CD / CI.

Additional Duties:

Include rotated after hours support for production systems or changes in the production environment as needed.

Work Hours: Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
