Position Summary

This role will be responsible for the administration of the Company’s Executive compensation plans, along with providing support in the area of Equity Administration. This role partners closely with management, HR Business Partners, Accounting, Finance and Legal to understand market practices, trends, challenges, regulatory changes and compensation requests. This position will provide analysis on market data and trends for executive compensation, along with providing support for the creation of materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.

Requirements Executive Compensation and Equity Administration

Provide analytical support on the design and delivery of all executive compensation programs
• Develops effective working relationships with various internal and external resources (including legal, accounting/finance, payroll, etc.) to ensure that all actions, plans and programs pertaining to executive and director compensation comply with internal corporate governance guidelines and external regulatory requirements and reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of all materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors meetings
• Build and maintain strong working relationships at all levels within the Company
• Serve as an expert in all areas of Executive Compensation
• Prepare and update performance metric analysis for long-term and short-term incentive compensation plans
• Partner in administration of year-end compensation planning process
• Assist in the administration of the equity compensation plans including processing equity award activity
• Prepare participant award communications and educational material
• Executive benchmarking and compensation surveys
• Advises senior leaders and Human Resources staff on compensation issues; partners with Human Resources staff to execute specific compensation processes and procedures
• Monitor developments in the fields of executive compensation and corporate governance

Required Education, Experience And Skills

• BS/BA in Business, Finance or Accounting
• 3-5 years of experience in compensation and/or stock administration with a publicly traded company or equivalent experience that exhibits the ability to perform critical functions of position
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and project management skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle several projects in a fast paced environment
• Highly self-motivated, detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
