Job Description

Seeking candidate for a full-time position in a growing Fixed Income Backoffice.  Individual must be self-motivated and able to work across all teams and departments within a Professional Services Organization. This position is in Derivative’s Operations and performs customer and trading support, payment and reconciliation processing, as well as supporting Banking and Firm Operations.

A successful candidate needs to demonstrate experience in customer support, experience in using data systems and technology, and performing data analysis.  This is a good position for a self-starter that is comfortable with defining, prioritizing, and completing tasks.  

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Professional Suite (Excel-Word-Access)
  • Strong communication and Professional writing skills
  • Able to meet work under pressure and meet multiple daily deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and is focus driven

Requirements:  A Business or Finance degree, or equivalent three (3) to four (4) years of banking, financial, or securities industry experience.
