Job Description

FHN Financial is in need of a developer in our Memphis, TN location.  This role involves creating new desktop and web applications as well as maintaining existing systems.  You will work independently or part of a team.  You will interact frequently with Project Managers, Enterprise Architects, Senior Developers, DBAs. and End Users.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field of study or equivalent experience.
  • Three or more recent years working with the Microsoft .Net framework. Experience with .Net core a plus.
  • One or more years working with MS SQL server, including designing tables and writing stored procedures.
  • Participation in code and design reviews.
  • Passion for solving complex problems and learning new technologies.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Solid English oral and written skills to communicate effectively with your team and end users.


Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in the fixed income or related industry.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, NuGet, and GIT.
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg systems.
