Job Description

This analyst will prepare performance reports and detail analytics on both single government guaranteed loan positions as well as portfolios of government guaranteed loans held by our institutional customers. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Use Microsoft Excel and internally generated applications to prepare analytics.
  • Assist in the preparation of customer presentations.
  • Work closely with other members of the Portfolio Strategies Group as well as FHN sales representatives.
  • Develop a proficiency in understanding the nature of the government guaranteed loan market.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in finance, economics, mathematics, accounting, or comparable area that demonstrates ability to perform financial analysis.
  • Some experience working with government guaranteed loan analytics or trading.
  • Good communication and writing capability.
  • Self-directed worker with minimal need for daily instruction on key tasks.
