Job Description:
• Supports Treasury Management department in the governance and management of Payments and Liquidity products that serve the needs of Commercial clients ranging from $15MM to $2B in annual revenue
• Analyze trends of business units and develops financial models to identify opportunities & risks relative to current plan
• Generate reports to support Treasury Management Product Management team:
o Develop standard reports to support management reports for Digital channels, Payables, Receivables and Card products
o Develop standard reports to support deposit products, both interest bearing and non-interest bearing
o Product utilization metrics to monitor vendor license needs and upcoming expenses
• Produces ad-hoc analysis regarding industry trends, financial performance, or market research
• Refresh product costs to develop product standard pricing and be able to develop well-informed exception pricing. This will directly help establish product profitability metrics
• Provide on-going support to commercial relationship managers and treasury management sales officers via assisting in the risk-adjusted pricing of Treasury Management products, and deposits
• Understand regulatory requirements regarding Treasury Management Products, identify & assess gaps, and support initiatives to ensure gaps are addressed on a timely basis
• Develop an effective relationship as a trusted business partner with Business and Corporate function leadership teams to ensure a sound understanding of business strategies and associated risks
• Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree; MBA preferred or equivalent in work experience
• Knowledge of banking industry with 3 to 5 years of financial analysis experience
• Skill with generating financial reports and presentations; ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Must be proactive, deadline oriented, analytical, have strong work ethic, and be open to criticism and new ideas
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word
• Experience with data analysis tools like SQL, R, Python, etc.
