Job Description

The primary duty of this position is to develop relationships with assigned prospects to distribute fixed income securities. In addition, the rep should have an extensive working knowledge of other products and services available from FIN Financial to refer product specialists into their prospects and accounts.

The compensation for this position will be commission based. A salary is “assigned” for benefits calculations only based on a uniform grid for all reps calculated on the prior year’s production number. All reps will be paid sales commissions on a uniform production grid. Referral fees will be based on a percentage of an assigned revenue number.

The sales reps will be required to work standard office hours. In addition, they will be expected to prospect for new customers as well as maintain quality relationships with existing accounts. This will require time away from the office for entertainment and travel over and above the normal business hours.

Days: Monday - Friday
Time: 8:00am - 5:00pm Requirements The position will require a minimum of a college degree. Additional training such as a MBA, CPA or CFA is encouraged. The reps will be expected to continually improve their skills through company offered training as well as independent sources. This training will frequently be after normal hours.

The sales rep must have the ability to sell and close. Sales management will carefully evaluate this potential in a prospective hire. For existing reps, management will continually evaluate performance based on production and growth.
