Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Provide subject matter expertise and innovative solutions to project teams on multiple, complex projects in one or more of the following areas: HC quantitative and qualitative research, CX measurement, insight visualization and/or usability and design research
• Develop and implement creative and imaginative ways of displaying and disseminating insight bringing the consumer and insights to life in a manner that engages all stakeholders
• Use research and insight to drive cultural change within the organization and ensure stakeholders put customers at the heart of their planning and strategic thinking
• Manage the CEM platform and integrate all the elements making up the holistic voice of the customer (VOC)
• Support measures to increase the impact and visibility of consumer insight across the organization
• Strong understanding of emerging trends in consumer behaviors, technology, banking and other financial verticals and analytics that will inform development of best in class, human-centered design experiences

Requirements:
• Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline, e.g., statistics, applied mathematics, econometrics, economics or operations research
• 6-10+ years of work experience working in a data-centric business environment, preferably within the journey sciences sector
• 3+ years of managing a team of analysts and/or data scientists
• Strong communication skills diagnosing customer journey data to develop successful growth strategies with clients
• Proven comfort and intellectual curiosity for working with very large sets of data, pulling in relevant team members to address identified – and sometimes undiscovered – client needs
• Deep familiarity with customer analytics, including but not limited to demand forecasting, multi-touch attribution, customer segmentation, and lifetime value
• Eager to roll up your sleeves and dig into any problem in a fast-paced startup environment
• Full fluency in analytic/database management software such as SAS, SQL, SPSS or Access
• Strong multi-tasking abilities, flexibility, and patience in a fluid environment

Monday thru Friday
8:00am to 5:00pm
