Intern Objective (What is the goal of your internship experience?):
 Support the Treasury Management instructional design and learning administration projects working under the direction of a senior instructional designer.

Value for the Intern:
Intern will have the opportunity to use Articulate Storyline to create computer/online training programs, work with business partners to analyze and develop training solutions, work in a professional training department that is rated in the top training organizations in the world.
 

Delivery: This will be a 6 month to 1 year intern relationship with the potential to post for a permanent position, if available.
  
Job Description:
1. Knowledge of how to use authoring software to create computer-based/online training with direction and coaching from a senior level designer.
2. Professional instructional designer knowledge on how to interview, analysis and arrive at a training plan.
3. Ability to use Excel, PowerPoint, etc. to provide project management and complete administrative responsibilities.
4. Self directed, organized, flexible and professional in all communication.


Average 20 hours per week.


**2.75 GPA Required**

Qualifications:
  Demonstrated ability to use all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
 Experience with Outlook a plus
 Good organizational skills, detail oriented, and ability to prioritize tasks
 Strong written/verbal communication skills and must be comfortable communicating with all levels of management
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team on simultaneous projects or initiatives. Must be a proficient multi-tasker and comfortable taking direction from multiple people
 Good analysis, research, and problem-solving skills
 Experience with general office administrative and clerical tasks
