Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Funding consumer loans generated by the Bank. Products include consumer real estate loans and lines of credit.
  • Service all consumer loans and lines. Products include consumer real estate, non-real estate and unsecured loans and lines of credit.
  • Selecting and developing team members that share our mission to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Leading team to manage workload, delegate assignments to achieve timeliness and accuracy objectives.
  • Ensuring compliance with policy and procedures

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 or more years of leadership experience preferred
  • Previous experience in loan servicing a plus

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with or without the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.

Work Hours: Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm
