The Loan Operations Vault Processor is responsible for the filing of all new loans booked and received by our imaging team the prior day. The Vault Processor is also responsible for sending and retrieving box from our retention area, as well as the up keep of the vault. The job is also responsible for providing and tracking originals files that are requested from the vault for Rehab and other LOB.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

30% Productivity:  Meets productivity goals within established time frames (measured by Service Level Agreements).

30% Service Quality:  Provides excellent customer service and meets quality/accuracy standards (measured by Service Level Agreements, customer feedback, error reports)

Areas of responsibility include:

• Responsible for filing Loan and Collateral documents daily.

•  Perform related duties of inspecting documents and preparing loans to be filed

•  Completing daily reports.

•  Maintain compliance with policy and procedures.

•  Responsible for all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High school diploma with 1-3 years of experience in banking/service industry (1-3 years of Loan Operations experience preferred).

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, well organized and has good communication skills. They will also have experience with the following systems:

  • Consumer and Commercial Lending documents
  • ALS
  • First Data
  • ONS
  • InStep
  • ARX/Imaging System

Knowledge – Loan documentation procedures, general bank operations.

Skills – Excellent communications skills (written & verbal); Attention to detail; MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); leadership skills; teamwork/team building skills; critical thinking.

Abilities – The ability to follow procedures; to handle multiple tasks; to work with little supervision but know when to ask for help; to respond quickly to problem situations; to work under pressure and remain calm & pleasant; to take a systematic approach to work & plan ahead to train/educate others.

Hours: 8am-5pm M-F
