Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Collect, analyze, and manage data to create meaningful reports and presentations that explain drivers of profitability and performance
• Deliver insightful verbal and written presentations for Board or senior management use
• Create new financial reports for corporate areas to effectively show financial trends and production performance
• Lead centralized benchmarking efforts for corporate and shared services areas to confirm appropriate performance drivers are being monitored
• Improve tools and processes to enhance analytic capabilities and understanding of business performance
• Monitor and analyze key metrics to ensure business goals are achieved
• Simplify complex data for communication in a clear and concise manner
• Provide forecast input to assist in overall budgeting process
• Give input on the monthly and quarterly closing and reporting cycles
• Serve as the finance leader on large scope projects, coordinating with leaders in other functional areas
• Manage team of financial analysts on assignments that include planning, monitoring, and evaluating financial results

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree or CFA preferred but not required
• Five plus years of financial planning and analysis experience required
• Prior experience managing or leading a team of analysts
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; specifically functions for financial analytics and formatting to present findings and recommendations
• Capability to be analytical, creative, and deadline oriented while accommodating multiple demands
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to interface with all levels of the organization with aptitude to foster productive working relationships
• Must present a positive work attitude, professional appearance, flexibility to perform the job, trustworthiness, team player attitude, and dependable attendance habits

Work Hours:
Monday thru Friday
8:00am to 5:00pm
