Job Description

Summary of Position:
The Marketing Analyst operates within the Marketing Operations & Planning function of the organization, reporting to the Director of Marketing Planning & Operations. The person is a main face for the Marketing and Digital organization for partners inside and outside of the company. The candidate supports the Digital and Marketing leadership team to connect vision defined by our leaders and partners with performance insights developed by our data workers to produce consistent messaging tied to the vision for Marketing, CX and Digital . The Analyst will apply principles of the Buy / Own / Advocate model, aligned with the funnel, line and channel dimensions using state of the art tools and processes to deliver actionable, timely content. The candidate is a creative, visual thinker who has effective interpersonal skills and can effectively operate in an agile, iterative, collaborative manner.
Requirements Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a Business related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Minimum 1-3 years demonstrated experience in a Marketing function
• Banking / financial services experience a plus

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and accountability for achieving results
• Responsive and collaborative team player
• Comfortable working in an agile setting where clear definitions may not exist
• Enjoys new challenges and has a growth mindset

Important Skills:
• MS Office: Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook
• Demonstrated skills with tools such as Prezi, Powerpoint, Tableau is key
• Marketing: demonstrated understanding of marketing concepts
• Banking and Financial Services: Domain knowledge related to consumer and commercial banking, customer journeys, customer experience (CX)

Monday thru Friday
8:00am to 5:00pm
