Job Description

Summary of Position:
The Marketing Intelligence Analyst is a member of the Marketing Operations & Planning function, reporting to the Director of Marketing Planning & Operations. This position is responsible for the analysis and reporting of marketing performance, using defined key metrics and KPIs including ROI and CLTV. The candidate researches and applies best fit methodologies for marketing attribution. This analyst is skilled with a variety of reporting and visual analytics tools and possesses the ability to navigate and connect to multiple types of data sources. The candidate will also work with the Customer Data Analytics team, the Budgeting & Expense Analyst and Marketing Automation Consultants to define and leverage data processes and procedures to be used as inputs to the measurement of Marketing performance and optimization. The candidate can effectively operate in an agile, iterative, collaborative manner. Requirements Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Minimum 3-5 years demonstrated experience
• Banking / financial services experience mandatory

Important Knowledge and Skills:

• Reporting and Analysis: such as Tableau, Alteryx, Cognos
• Financials: methodologies for attribution, ROI, optimization, budgeting and spend
• Data Platforms: such as CDPs, DMPs
• Marketing Automation and Operations: like Marketo, Pardot, Unica, Datorama
• CRM: Salesforce.com – knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud
• Banking and Financial Services: Domain knowledge related to consumer and commercial banking, customer journeys, customer experience (CX)

8:00AM - 5:00 PM
