Summary of Position:
The Marketing Operations Manager is a member of the Marketing Operations & Planning function, reporting to the Head of Marketing Planning & Operations. This role is responsible for leading a talented Marketing Operations team comprised of 6-8 project managers, automation consultants, and direct marketing specialists to execute on marketing and direct marketing related programs, solutions and campaigns. This person will collaborate with Marketing Strategists, Platform, and Buy / Own / Advocate Managers to deliver key outcomes. This candidate is accountable for defining and implementing standard operating procedures for marketing operational processes. The candidate will also ensure that necessary control points are established, monitored and applied as related to customer data used for marketing automation and direct marketing activities. The candidate also assumes ownership of defined audit, business continuity and disaster recovery processes and procedures for the Marketing team. The Ops Manager is detailed-oriented and passionate about on-time, high-quality results and is constantly seeking ways to improve marketing and operational processes using state of the art platforms, tools and automation. Requirements Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Minimum 5-7 years demonstrated experience in marketing
• Demonstrated experience with direct marketing
• Banking / financial services experience a plus

Important Skills:
• Database Systems: relational and other database platforms such as Oracle, MS SQL, IBM DB2
• Analysis and Development: data blending, analytics, query tools such as Alteryx, SQL Plus, Toad, Hyperion
• Data Platforms: such as CDPs, DMPs
• Marketing Automation and Operations: such as Marketo, Pardot, Unica, Datorama
• Reporting and Analytics: Visual and standard tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Cognos
• CRM: Salesforce.com – knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud
• Project management: traditional and agile methodologies such as Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum
• Banking and Financial Services: Domain knowledge related to consumer and commercial banking, customer journeys, customer experience (CX)

Monday thru Friday
8:00am to 5:00pm
