This position can be located at either of these two locations:

  • Ft. Myers, FL (12195 Metro Pkwy)
  • Charlotte, NC (4064 Colony Road)

The Mortgage Processor, Sr reviews, prepares loan file for Underwriter and Processor III. Prepares disclosures and issues to customer within 24 hours of receiving loan application and credit from loan officer. Disclosures must meet all state and federal compliance regulations. Update  computer software system as needed.

• Establish a close working relationship with Loan Officers and Processors. Keeps Loan Officers, customers and processor informed throughout the set up process.
• Reviews loan application file to verify application data is complete and meets established standards and regulations including type and amount of mortgage. Copy of Investor guidelines to be printed and placed in all loan files.
• Provides electronic secure disclosures directly to customer. Upon receipt of borrower acknowledgement orders; appraisal flood certification and tax transcripts. Set up loan file with signed disclosures are forwarded to Underwriter and Processor III.
• Loan must be disclosed within 24 hours of receipt.
• Performs other tasks as necessary
• Complete and pass required BVS courses by due date

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years of residential lending experience
• Working knowledge of residential loan operations, systems and documentation
• Basic Accounting and good mathematical skills
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively multi-task, work well in a fast-paced working environment and meet critical guidelines
