Job Description

Performs a variety of routine and some non-routine clerical functions in accordance with standard procedures.  Inputs data into a system.  Produces reports for others.  Contacts other departments and/or outside agencies to resolve problems.   Under direct supervision, this level employee performs a variety of routine assignments that may be somewhat difficult in nature, but involve limited responsibility.

  • Prepares various reports on an ad-hoc or regular basis.
  • Assists customers with questions and provides answers, referrals, or solutions.
  • Compile, sort, and verify accuracy of data to be entered.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned by supervisor and/or area manager.


  • HS diploma
  • Knowledge of an applicable computer software program, organizational skills
  • Previous administrative and customer service experience
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively manage multiple priorities
  • Banking/Mortgage experience highly preferred

Work Hours: Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm (some possible overtime)
