Job Description:
The Business Analyst is responsible for managing the application lifecycle for the Retail Online and Mobile Banking team. The responsibilities of this role include partnering with application owners, stakeholders, users, and software engineers to develop the necessary project artifacts to ensure their success.

The responsibilities include:
• Manage the daily rhythm of discussions that clarify and resolve project issues during design, development, testing, and deployment
• Facilitate the conversations that will result in the creation of Use Cases, Requirements, Functional Design, Technical Design, and Implementation
• Work with QA and business partners to create test documents that provide appropriate coverage to ensure quality products are delivered
• Support testing of enhancements and patches
• Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field of study or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with Financial Systems, Online Banking, and Web Applications
• Exceptional problem solving and communication (spoken and written) skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast paced, team environment
• Passion for detail
• Ability to manage project duties, balance workload, and meet internal/external deadlines
