Position Overview
The Portfolio Manager position underwrites and reviews existing accounts within the bank’s Business Banking portfolio up to $1MM.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Financial information review
• Credit analysis based on 2-3 year trends
• Credit risk identification
• Commercial and consumer credit report review
• Collateral evaluation
• Credit risk rating
• Credit memo preparation
• Annual grade reviews
• Pipeline/Queue management within a centralized environment

Requirements Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3-5 years underwriting experience in C&I and CRE
• 1-2 years portfolio management experience
• Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities in an organized fashion
• Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to clearly convey data, context and implications
• Ability to handle high pressure situations that involve negotiating
• Relationship building skills and the ability to work within a cross functional group
• Great attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Moody’s Financial Analyst, ALS, Appro, iCL, and FDR
• Ability to work on a computer
