Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Serve as the credit card product champion for Cash Back, Relationship Reward, and Non-Rewards products, which includes strategy, development and ownership of the P&L.

•Drive strategies to ensure appropriate focus to support volume, return and market share targets while consistently improving profitability.

• Lead strategic product development ensuring product design and features evolve to meet customer and business needs.

• Serve as focal point on pricing policies for the Cash Back and Non-Rewards portfolios, distribution strategies and end-to-end technical/ systems and customer requirements.

• Manage, partner, and collaborate across the enterprise to align and coordinate distribution channels, systems requirements, product introduction, marketing, and training, ongoing product service management.

• Serve as the 'thought leader' (both internally and externally) surrounding trends, issues and opportunities associated with the Cash Back, Relationship Rewards and Non-Rewards credit card product lines as well as key business growth opportunities.

• Develop value for customers that will lead to new revenue generation opportunities as well as increased profitability within existing products.

• Provide guidance as needed to our Credit, Sales, Underwriting, etc. teams to assist in evolving our customer centric approach to Cash Back, Relationship Rewards and Non-Rewards product management.

• Lead with an Operational Risk focus and be able to identify and provide solutions that mitigate Operational Risk to the portfolio and the bank.

• Be a champion for diversity, developing new leaders and serving as true partner and collaborator across the entire FTB Enterprise.

Position can be located in Memphis, Nashville, Atlanta, Raleigh or Charlotte
Requirements • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience
• Understanding of card banking products and channels
• Data driven and can successfully obtain and use data to support arguments
• Previous experience in which high levels of initiative, judgement, and tact has been demonstrated
• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills and ability to prioritize issues, understand and communication performance metrics
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams with creditability

Work Schedule M-F (8am-5pm)
