Community Market includes financial centers located in the following areas:
Greene County, Cocke County, Morristown, Rogersville, Cleveland, Sevier County, Dandridge, White Pine, Jackson, Cookeville, Sparta, and Waverly0
Travel required

The Community Banking Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for managing the sale and revenue of products in a specified region or other major geographic area and/or manages several districts for the company's commercial finance activities for either a group of product lines or a geographic market.

The RSM will establish and administer daily, weekly and monthly sales activities and goals while providing continuous sales leadership. Additionally, the RSM will foster and manage a sales-oriented environment by providing ongoing performance feedback for employees, generating enthusiasm and participation in all sales campaigns.

The RSM will supervise subordinate staff including: hiring recommendations; determining workload and delegating assignments; training (I.E., audits, compliance, etc.), monitoring and evaluating performance; and initiating corrective and disciplinary actions to include terminations.

Sales Responsibilities:
Build and Retain Customer Relationships, Deliver Customer Value/Consultative Selling, Build teamwork/FirstPower, and Provide Sales Coaching
Collaborate with Product Managers to develop product sales tools necessary to support field sales - Design and development of product sales aides to build lender confidence through product knowledge

Requirements Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Personal Characteristics

Accurate typing, spelling and grammar skills. Proficient with applicable computer software. Good written and oral communication skills. Good organizational and customer service skills. General banking/operations. Ability to manage others and offer coaching and direction setting related to performance. Excellent consultative sales and cross-selling skills.
Four to six years of sales management experience in addition to 3+ years of high sales experience.
