Position Overview:

The ET Architect supports all identity management systems, but primarily SailPoint IIQ. This responsibility includes but is not limited to identifying business applications to incorporate into either system, implementing these new applications to either system, and providing on-going support for all identity management systems.  The successful architect will also work with business users, Identity Management personnel as well as all other ET personnel to bring about timely resolution to all questions or needs related to certification of access, any snapshot or historical reports pertaining to access, and provisioning of access.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The following is a list of additional job duties for this position:

• Monitor daily administrative activities in Sailpoint.

• Responsible for DR/disaster recovery practices for daily violations reporting tool.

• Approve and assign Other Applications-OtherApps variety per request.

• Review and confirm remediation and revocation completion.

• Serve as Primary Support for Quarterly Certification staging and launch.

• Insure all open Policy Violations are answered.

• Provide overall support for FirstAccess (Sailpoint) working with business owners to implement new applications within the product umbrella, support existing application aggregations, certifications, role-based provisioning, self-service requests, and any applicable troubleshooting include developing new reports and recommending and then implementing configuration changes. Provide reports to business owners and ET personnel, including Identity Management on aggregations, certification processes, etc. Ensures that all access actively managed through the Governance application is certified according to established standards and frequency.

•Review all SOX and audit documentation and email updates to ensure complete compliance of the controls. Raise any concerns or potential problems with controls. Look for ways to improve the controls and how the controls are being tracked.

 

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

•         Sailpoint IIQ Admin experience.

•         Individual must be able to exhibit persistence and perseverance when dealing with technical problems but at the same time demonstrate the ability to work as a team member with individuals from other areas of the company, including technical and business users, to achieve a viable solution to problems. 

•         The candidate must be able to communicate with different levels of users throughout the organization, clearly communicating technical issues to non-technical users and acting as a mentor, coach, and leader to individual within the group that have less experience. 

•         Recognizing problems or opportunities for improvement and pursuing those situations is essential.

•         Java, SQL, Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint site administration; CISA, CISM, CISSP, or CEH is a plus.
